Judy Tenuta has been coming up in conversation quite a bit lately (it's all relative, of course). People often seem to find themselves wondering what the heck that crazy gal is doing these days. Bad news, fellow Michael Jackson fans. As some had predicted, he's calling off his performance tonight at the World Music Awards. Geez.

Also, OJ is going on Fox on the 27th to plug his cash-in-on-murder,they-can't-try-me-again confession book "If I Did It". I kinda want to watch it. Is that wrong? It's not really helping him, right? 'Cause there's no way in hell I'm buying that book...it's just that the white bronco chase interrupted something I was watching on TV ten years ago or so, and I have to see it through to its conclusion.

Finally, two, (count 'em!) to new reviews on digitallyobsessed.com: The Filmed the War in Color: France is Free, and the last seson of The West Wing. Lily Tomlin, man. Whaddafuk more you want?

Jack Palance has passed away at the age of 87. He was in Shane, and his performance in City Slickers was what got him doing push-ups at the Oscars that year, which I think was the first time that young Ross was aware of him. Cool guy.

Tenacious Pee

Went to see a preview screening of that Tenacious D: Pick of Destiny movie. Fun, with an audience largely composed of the elderly. The evening began with a Duel-esque confrontation with an SUV and was capped off by a near slip-and-fall into toilet-overflow juice. Still, and most important to note: the king of free movies struck again. That's right, bitches. I've worked my cheap-ass magic once more. Suck it.

Oh, and support progressive elements in Iran. As you suck it.
